Kevin Wood. Papers will be published in a special issue of the journal Networks and will be focused on interdiction and stochastic programming. Specific topics of interest include: 1. Deterministic and stochastic network interdiction; 2. Multi-level network games; 3. Two- and multi-stage stochastic programs on networks; 4. Large-scale network decomposition algorithms.
