Here is the first CFP of ISOLDE XII.
ISOLDE XII Call for Papers Nagoya & Kyoto, July 19 – 24, 2012 Because of the earthquake and the tsunami which struck Tohoku area in Japan on March 11th in 2011 and the following Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear plant accidents, we postponed the ISOLDE XII for one year. Now the nuclear plant situation is stabilized. Foods and water are completely inspected and radiationally contaminated foods are never served in Japan. Considering these situations, the organizing committee and the scientific committee have decided to have ISOLDE XII in Japan in July 2012. We will restart the registration process by the end of January. We hope that many location scientists and practitioners come to Japan and have a fruitful time for both their careers.
The ISOLDE Conferences have been held every three years since 1978. The conference attendees are scientists and practitioners whose research interests deal with quantitative and qualitative methods for location theory, modeling and planning. Researchers and practitioners who are working in all related areas of economics, engineering, geography, mathematics and operations research are also invited to participate.
We are proud to hold the first ISOLDE meeting outside of Europe and North America, and are pleased to invite you to attend the ISOLDE XII conference to be held in Nagoya and Kyoto from July 19 through 24, 2012. Following a tradition started with ISOLDE III, the conference will take place in two locations: the first three days we will meet in Nagoya, on the campus of Nanzan University. From there, we will move to Kyoto, an old capital of Japan.

Sessions will be held at Nagoya Campus which is located in the rolling hills overlooking metropolitan Nagoya city. The URL of Nanzan University’s website is http://www.nanzan-u.ac.jp/English/ The second part of the conference will be held in Kyoto, the old capital of Japan Kyoto was established more than 1200 years ago and is a World Heritage site. Kyoto is famous for their historical temples, shrines and houses. Following a short tour of Kyoto, the sessions will take place at Hotel Granvia Kyoto, which is located next to Kyoto Station.
