I'm very glad to be the new member of the board and I'd like to thank all of you for your trust and support.

I will do all my best to give a good contribution to the activities of the community.

Dear locators,

This week we had a great EWGLA workshop in Brussels. Thanks again to Lieselot Vanhaverbeke and her wonderful organising team.

Here are the next important dates :

• The location stream @EURO 2019 in Dublin will have 9 sessions and

36 presentations.

• The next joint ISOLDE / EWGLA meeting will be held next year in

Hamburg and Timmerdorf Beach (June 14-19, 2020).

• EWGLA 2021 will be organised in Aveiro (Portugal), by Rui Borges

Lopes. The exact date will be communicated later.

Finally, we have elected a new member in the EWGLA coordination board. Carmela PICCOLO (University of Napoli) is joining Boglárka TOTH and Jörg KALCSICS in the board.
