The "Doc-Course on Data Science" will be held in Granada and Seville (Spain) from September 17 to November 14, 2023, and is jointly organized by the Institute of Mathematics of the University of Granada (IMAG) and the Institute of Mathematics of the University of Seville (IMUS). This activity is aimed at PhD/Master students and consists of a training period (a 4-week course), visits by researchers and professors to the IMAG/IMUS facilities throughout the period, a supervised research period for participating students (4 weeks) and an international closing workshop in which researchers, lecturers, supervised students and tutors participate.
Doc-Course on Data Science is addressed to students enrolled in a Master or a Doctoral program related to Statistics, Operations Research or Data Science. Students with special interest and background on these topics are encouraged to apply for a grant to attend this Doc-Course. There will be a maximum of 20 PhD/master students that will be competitively selected among all applicants. A brief curriculum vitae (3 pages maximum) that includes a complete academic record is required. The 20 grants will cover accommodation and food allowance.

* Registration fee deadline June 22, 2023: 50 € (Payment procedure will be sent to selected participants).
