Dear colleagues and friends,

We are reaching out to you regarding some updates about the EWGLA website and social media accounts.

For better dissemination and visibility of EWGLA activities as well as the ‘Location-related’ activities of the EWGLA members, we are currently in the process of setting up a public LinkedIn page and a BlueSky account for EWGLA. We will inform you when these new profiles are available and look forward to better disseminating our research to the world.  

As board members, we are committed to diversity, equality and inclusion. In this regard, we will be taking two actions.

1. At the invitation of the EURO WISDOM Forum, we will include the following statement on the EWGLA website as well as in our calls for participation in EWGLA events:
   "We endorse the EURO WISDOM Forum objectives to support, empower and encourage the participation of all genders in OR."
2. We will close the EWGLA Twitter account.

As part of EWGLA's democratic tradition, we are open to receiving objections to any of our decisions. If this is the case, please email us at ewgla-board@mail.euro-online.org.
