[Ewgla] some questions for EWGLA 2015

Dear Colleagues,

I have written some questions about the EWGLA 2015 meeting on the form http://goo.gl/forms/QrhNiv4RTx so that we can have a good approximation on the participants for all social events. It would also help to prepare the necessary invoices and certificates for the registration.

I kindly ask all of you who are coming to the meeting to fill it out before Monday, it takes at most 2 minutes.
