Dear Bettina, Quite true, my bibliography contains an entry saying
(with R.E. Burkard) "Locational analyses involving both positive and negative weights", Studies in Locational Analysis 9 (1996) 31.
A colleague of mine has asked for a copy, but, strangely enough, nothing has been found in my files. Thank you for your kind attempt to trace it. Maybe a member of the EWGLA will be successful. If not, the mystery will remain a mystery ... Best regards, Jakob

Dear members of the EWGLA mailing list
I was asked by Rainer Burkard, a former colleague of mine and professor emeritus at TU Graz for help to find the following paper
J. Krarup/R.E. Burkard Locational analyses involving both positive and negative weights, Studies in Locational Analysis 9, 1996, 31
Rainer was asked by Jacob Krarup for a copy but cannot remember the paper and failed to find it in the internet. My own attempt to locate the paper failed too.
When googling for the journal Locational Analysis I ended up with a nonfunctional link which led me to this result https://www.vub.be/pagina-niet-gevonden It appears that the EWGLA had a web site at the VUB which does not work any longer (the link was something like www.vub.ac.be › EWGLA › STUDIES (so something symbolic/redirected).
It was suggested by a member of the EWGLA group who could not help me that I direct my request to this board.
I'd be most grateful if someone reading this post could confirm the publication data of the article (which we are not sure about) above and let me know how I could get hold of a copy.
Thank you very much in advance for your consideration.
Best regards Bettina Klinz
