Special session on “Location and Supply Chain Management”

EURO 2012, Vilnius, Lithuania, July 8-11, 2012

Dear Locators,

You are cordially invited to submit an abstract to the session on “Location and Supply Chain Management” to be held at the EURO 2012. This special session is part of the stream “Location Analysis: Location Applications”.

Areas of interest include, but are not limited to:

· Facility location models within supply chain management: integration of location decisions with other issues such as e.g. procurement, production, transportation, inventory, etc.

· Solution approaches for (re)designing a supply chain network

• Case studies from industry involving facility location and logistics network design

The deadline for abstract submission is February 29, 2012 (no more than 600 characters, no formulas or mathematical notation).
