ISCO 2014 and Spring School in Stochastic Programming (1st announcement) The 3rd International Symposium in Combinatorial Optimization (ISCO 2014) will take place in Lisbon, March 5-7 2014, in Campo Grande, Lisboa, Portugal. ISCO is a biannual symposium whose aim is to gather researchers from combinatorial optimization and other related fields of operations research.
