As announced in the INFORMS Telecommunications Conference held in Lisbon, Portugal last March 2-4, 2014, there will be a special issue of EJCO dedicated to the conference. The topic for this special issue is "Computational Optimization Methods in Telecommunications". We invite every participant at the conference, to submit a full paper corresponding to his/her oral presentation. The deadline for the paper submission is June 30, 2014. We plan on having the review of all submitted papers by December 31, 2014.
