Dear colleagues, We are thrilled to announce that the ROADEF/EURO 2026 Challenge is officially open! This year's edition, titled "Keep the Flow!", focuses on the optimization problem of T-Adaptive Segment Routing (T-ASR). Proposed by Orange Research, the challenge invites participants to design efficient optimization algorithms for routing in large-scale telecommunication networks, taking into account scheduled maintenance interventions and reconfiguration budgets. Watch the official teaser for a quick overview of the problem: https://youtu.be/D1jubmosffI?si=tHLxgXFQkhauTjok Key resources already available: Detailed subject description: full technical specifications. Initial dataset (Set A, for the sprint phase): to begin testing your algorithms. Solution checker: a C++20 tool to validate your results. Networktools Library: A fast header-only C++20 library for modeling and solving network optimization problems. Prizes & Participation: The competition is endowed with a total prize pool of €35,000, with categories for best teams, junior researchers (students), and scientific contributions. Find all information regarding rules, organization, and the roadmap (Sprint, Qualification, and Final phases) at https://roadef.org/challenge/ We look forward to your innovative solutions and wish you the best of luck! Sincerely, The ROADEF challenge team: Zacharie Ales, Ronan Bocquillon, Eric Bourreau, Safia Kedad-Sidhoum, David Savourey. The Orange Research challenge team: Amal Benhamiche, Yannick Carlinet, Morgan Chopin, Éric Gourdin, Nancy Perrot.
