Dear colleagues, This is the last call for papers for INOC 2019. The deadline for submission is 01/03. *************************************************************** 9th International Network Optimization Conference (INOC2019) June 12-14, 2019 - Avignon, France Website: https://inoc2019.sciencesconf.org/ Submission: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=inoc2019 Proceedings: O <https://easychair.org/publications/EPiC>penProceedings <http://openproceedings.org/> *************************************************************** The aim of this conference is to provide researchers from different areas of Operations Research, with the opportunity to present and discuss their results and research on the field of Network Optimization, in an inspiring and bridge building environment where fruitful ideas may flow freely, see the website https://inoc2019.sciencesconf.org/. The authors are invited to submit their papers describing original, previously unpublished research results and not currently under review. There are two types of submissions: full papers (4-6 pages using the two-columns ACM SigConf template <https://seafile.lirmm.fr/f/317dfc9a3ee24901b2b7/?dl=1>) and extended abstracts (1-2 pages, free template). Authors of rejected full papers will be given the possibility to submit them as extended abstracts. Accepted full papers and extended abstracts will be available in the conference material. There will also be a special issue of the Networks journal, Wiley, associated with the conference. In order to support the open access initiative (with no publication fees for authors), we have decided to publish accepted full papers in open access at openproceedings.org, with doi and indexed in dblp (possibly Scopus). INFORMS Telecom and Network Analytics Section: Best Paper Award

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS The INFORMS Technical Section on Telecommunications and Network Analytics Best Paper Award will be given to an outstanding paper applying OR techniques in the context of telecommunications and/or network analytics. The paper must have been published in 2016-18, in a refereed international journal and written in English. The paper must present innovative OR approaches to complex problems in all topics related to the field of telecommunications or network analytics including, but not being limited to: telecommunications modeling, policy, and technology, network economics, network design, algorithms, and optimization, sensor networks, wireless and broadband networks, vehicle and mobile computing, semantic networks, network survivability and reliability, information security and privacy, quality of service, internet and multimedia, data mining applications in networks. Deadlines: Papers must be submitted until the end of May. The three finalist papers will be announced by July the 15th. The finalists will be invited to present their work in a "Best Paper Award session" during the INFORMS Annual Meeting in Seattle. The award will be conferred the same evening during the Business Meeting of the section. W orld C ongress on G lobal O ptimization ( WCGO ) is a biennial conference of the International Society of Global Optimization . The 6 th WCGO will be organized in Metz , France on July 8-10 , 2019 , by Computer Science and Applications Department, LGIPM, University of Lorraine.
